Instructions
- Combine chicken mince, taco seasoning and half the garlic in a large bowl. Divide into four equal portions. Shape each portion into a patty.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Spray patties with cooking oil and add to pan. Cook 3-4 minutes each side, or until golden and cooked.
- Combine mayonnaise and remaining garlic in a bowl. Top bases of burger buns with lettuce, tomato and chicken patties. Drizzle with mayonnaise. Top with remaining buns. Serve on its own or with oven-roasted potatoes.
