Instructions
- Cut the top third off each strawberry and put to one side, these will be used as hats later on.
- Stand strawberry bases on a serving plate.
- Beat icing sugar and cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Spoon 1 teaspoon of mixture onto flat tops of strawberries.
- Place the strawberry tops on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Using a small piping nozzle, pipe mixture on the top of each strawberry ‘hat’ to form pompom, and onto the chest to form a button.
- Using tweezers, place 2 chocolate chips onto each cream face to represent the eyes and 1 red pearl nonpareils for the nose.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
