Instructions
- Preheat oven to 170’C.
- Blend the yoghurt, cottage cheese, coconut flour, eggs and protein powder in a food processor until smooth.
- Stir through the berries.
- Spoon into non-stick moulds or a non-stick cupcake baking tray.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, flip out of the tray and let cool.
