Instructions
- Combine bran, onion, parsley and mince meat.
- Fold in egg and mix well.
- Divide the mince mixture into 4 portions and shape into a patty.
- In a large pan, heat oil and cook patties for 3-4minutes on each side.
- Use paper towel to drain and absorb excess fat.
- Toast burger buns.
- Assemble a hamburger patty, beetroot, tomato and some shredded lettuce on one half of each bun.
- Season with salt and pepper and top with other half of bun to serve.
