Instructions
- Combine paprika, red onions and lemon juice together in a shallow dish.
- Slash chicken thighs a few times on each side and then cover with juice and set aside.
- Combine the marinade ingredients together. Mix together with chicken and then chill in fridge for 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill. Brush grill with a little oil, and then grill the marinated chicken thighs for 8 minutes on each side until cooked through and lightly char-grilled.
