20 Strawberries (medium-large, hulled to form a flat base)
100g Philadelphia Cream Cheese (light)
20 Mini Dark-Chocolate Chips
4-6 teaspoons Icing Sugar (gluten-free)
Red Pearl Nonpareils (for the nose)

Cut the top third off each strawberry and put to one side, these will be used as hats later on.
Stand strawberry bases on a serving plate.
Beat icing sugar and cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
Spoon 1 teaspoon of mixture onto flat tops of strawberries.
Place the strawberry tops on top of the cream cheese mixture.
Using a small piping nozzle, pipe mixture on the top of each strawberry ‘hat’ to form pompom, and onto the chest to form a button.
Using tweezers, place 2 chocolate chips onto each cream face to represent the eyes and 1 red pearl nonpareils for the nose.
