Crab-stuffed Avocados August 9, 2013 By @entwellbeing Crab-stuffed Avocados Serves: 4 Time to make: 10 mins Ingredients 100g white crabmeat 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons of olive oil Handful of shredded basil leaves, to serve 1 red chilli, deseeded and chopped 2 Avocados Nutrition (per serve) Energy: 854kJ Calories: 204cal Protein: 6g Fat: 19g – saturated: 2g Carbohydrates: 2g – sugars: 1g Dietary Fibre: 2g Sodium: 410mg Cholesterol: 177.00mg Instructions Flake the crabmeat into a small bowl and mix in the mustard and oil, then season to taste. Before serving, add the chilli and shredded basil. Halve and stone the avocados. Fill each cavity with a quarter of the total crab mix. Sprinkle some basil leaves and enjoy!
