Chicken Tandoori June 20, 2014 By @entwellbeing Chicken Tandoori Serves: 8 Time to make: 30min (Prep) + 15min (Cook) Ingredients 16 Chicken Thighs (skinless) 2 Red Onions (chopped) Juice of 2 Lemons 4 tsp Paprika Marinade 300ml Greek Yogurt 4 Garlic Cloves Large piece of Ginger (grated) ¾ tsp Ground Cumin ¾ tsp Garam Masala ¼ tsp Turmeric ½ tsp Chilli Powder Nutrition (per serve) Energy: 718kJ Calories: 171cal Protein: 24g Fat: 7g – saturated: 3g Carbohydrates: 4g – sugars: 2g Dietary Fibre: 0g Sodium: 0.29g Instructions Combine paprika, red onions and lemon juice together in a shallow dish. Slash chicken thighs a few times on each side and then cover with juice and set aside. Combine the marinade ingredients together. Mix together with chicken and then chill in fridge for 1 hour. Preheat the grill. Brush grill with a little oil, and then grill the marinated chicken thighs for 8 minutes on each side until cooked through and lightly char-grilled. Enjoy!
